Our pre tenancy packages offer landlords a service which covers all of the most common pre tenancy requirements and requests in one easy and hassle free booking. The time between tenancies can often be very stressful for landlords especially those without a managing agent, our packages are designed to remove that stress for landlords and ensure the property is in the best possible condition for incoming tenants and avoid the early maintenance, cleaning and snagging issues that often arise at the start of a new tenancy. - check and change all bulbs
